Eligibility + Priorities

100 Women Who Care: West Tennessee supports organizations and programs that benefit the people of West Tennessee (excluding Shelby County). Applicants must have 501(c)(3) status or be a current, active fund of the Community Foundation of West Tennessee in good standing.

While there is no specific area of focus for these awards, priority will be given to projects that impact women and children. These grants may be used for unrestricted operating support or specific projects. Awards cannot fund loans or debt service, endowments, grants to individuals or areas of government, or fundraising events.

Application Procedures

Grant proposals will be accepted between January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024. We reserve the right to disqualify any proposals arriving after the deadline.

All proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee who will determine up to six finalist organizations (maximum three small and three large; category is determined by annual operating budget) to present at the 100 Women Who Care meeting on March 8, 2024. Applicants will be notified by phone or email if selected as a finalist. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information so that we may reach you if selected.
