Community Foundation of West Tennessee Announces Advancement of Beth Koffman to Chief Operating Officer

The Community Foundation of West Tennessee announced the advancement of Beth Koffman to Chief Operating Officer.

As Chief Operating Officer, Koffman manages the daily operations of the organization and oversees development, marketing, and human resources. She will work closely with the staff to provide strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to ensure the well-being of The Foundation.

“Success comes from working hard, and we are proud of Beth’s success. She has been a big part of our growth in the 16 years she has been with us,” said Jeb Campbell, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation of West Tennessee.  “As someone who has experience with our operations, we are excited to acknowledge Beth’s leadership as we continue our focus on being the premier donor-focused charitable organization in West Tennessee.”

Koffman joined The Foundation team in 2007 and has served in a variety of positions during her tenure, including Marketing Representative, Events and Community Relations Coordinator, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President. She has a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification and earned a Master of Business Administration from Union University.

“It is exciting to recognize effective leadership within the organization,” said Frank McMeen, President of the Community Foundation of West Tennessee. “Beth has been a huge asset to our team, and this advancement reflects how The Foundation’s work in the community allows all types of talent to flourish and grow alongside the organization.”
